Return and Refund Policy
sleepeasycpap.com will accept returns on unopened products within 14 days of the original ship date. Shipping costs are not refundable.
sleepeasycpap.com will also accept returns on items with a manufacturer defect. If the item you have purchased has a manufacturer defect, please contact us at info@sleepeasycpap.com to receive your RMA# which will be needed for your return and given to you via email. We will work with the manufacturer to try and get you a replacement item if it is covered under the manufacturer warranty. There will be no refund or replacement until the item is returned and reviewed by our team.
We take hygiene and safety very seriously, and because of this all items sold including PAP machines, masks, mask parts, and accessories cannot be returned once they are opened. No refund or exchange will be given until the item has been returned and review by our team.
